We are passionate about Youth, Health and Wellbeing. Our youth program is BRIDGING THE GAP, the kids that find big groups overwhelming, want to be part of something, and get off screens but don’t enjoy team sports. They may be lacking in confidence and need more time spent with them. To find out more about our youth program, click HERE.

School Term Youth Program
The group is small and personal so individual needs can be met while having a social aspect as well.
If applicable NDIS funding can be used. ACTIVE KIDS voucher can also be used.

Head Above Water Australia Ltd was founded in response to the high rate of suicide on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and the mental health challenges faced by many in the community. Our mission is to build mental fitness from the grassroots up to help prevent mental illness and reduce suicide across Australia.
