The group is small and personal so individual needs can be met while having a social aspect as well. If applicable NDIS funding can be used.

J-Train Athletic Performance and Ability Fit Co have collaborated to bring Off-Grid Weekends to you !

Winyu farm is owned by Ability Fit Co’s partner, J Train Athletic Performance. It is an “Off Grid” working farm situated 2 hours out of Sydney, we have a property where we can accommodate up to 10 clients for a weekend stay. We teach sustainable living, skills such as learning to make damper bread, cook on the campfire, hike in the beautiful National Parks, and basically just be one with nature!

The Off Grid experience is designed for many reasons, the ultimate outcome is developing social skills, learning to work as a team, enhancing life skills and getting “Off the Grid”.

You can have a fabulous time where friends are made and new skills are learnt . A weekend that leaves everyone feeling relaxed and refreshed .scription goes here
