School Term Youth Program
This program runs concurrently with each school term .
The group is small and personal so individual needs can be met while having a social aspect as well. If applicable NDIS funding can be used.
*Term 1: Tuesday, January 27 to Thursday, April 2
*Term 2: Monday, April 20 to Friday, July 3
*Term 3: Monday, July 20 to Friday, September 25
*Term 4: Monday, October 12 to Thursday, December 17

Over 18’s Inclusive Fitness Program
Launching February 2026
For teens who’ve left school but still need structure, movement, and a place they actually feel comfortable — this program is for them. 💛
Designed for young adults who don’t enjoy team sports, prefer smaller groups, or need extra support with anxiety, confidence, or social connection.
Our Over 18’s Program offers a safe, inclusive gym space where they can build fitness, routine, and community at their own pace.
📅 Starts: Wednesday 4th February 2026
🕚 When: Wednesdays, 11am - 12 noon
⏱ Duration: 1 hour
👥 Group size: Max 10
🤝 Support workers welcome
💪 Focus: Fitness, confidence, social connection.
This is a calm, supportive environment — no pressure, no judgement, no “keeping up.”
Just movement, confidence, and connection for young adults who deserve a space built for them.

OFF-GRID WEEKENDS
J-Train Athletic Performance and Ability Fit Co have collaborated to bring Off-Grid Weekends to you !
Winyu farm is owned by Ability Fit Co’s partner, J Train Athletic Performance. We teach sustainable living, skills such as learning to make damper bread, cook on the campfire, hike in the beautiful National Parks, and basically just be one with nature!

Mum and Me Program
A fitness program designed for parents and preschoolers to train together — moving, bonding, and having fun in a supportive small-group setting.
This 45-minute session is all about quality time and purposeful movement. While you focus on exercises tailored to your goals (strength, fitness, energy), your child is engaged in age-appropriate movement games that build coordination, confidence, and connection.
• Starts January 2026
• Mondays & Fridays at 9:30am – 10:15am
No sidelines. No sitting out. Just shared movement, fun, and progress — together.
