At Ability Fit Co, we’ve created something different — a place where your child can move, connect, and feel safe just being themselves.

Whether your child is neurodiverse, socially anxious, struggles with confidence, or just doesn’t enjoy traditional sport, this program is designed for them.

📅 PROGRAM DETAILS

🗓️ When: January 5th–23rd, 2026
🕘 Days: Monday–Thursday each week
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Our gym + D.Y. Beach (just a 14-min walk)
👫 Ages: 8–18 (we group by age + ability)
